Our senior project theme was "final thoughts", questions like where your going, future advice, and favorite memories. My part was interviewing and taping people in the class of 2015, the hardest part was coming up with an idea, the easiest was making the videos to go into the project.

I had my laptop showing my website, my tri-fold which had my budget, infographic, and my some images on it. On my table I had my capstone essay and my end-product. My capstone presentation went pretty well, I was nervous at first, but when the judges came everything just flowed. The hardest part was the anticipation. The most fun part was finally see it all come together, all the work we put in, but it was much more fun once it was finally done.

Infographic Poster
I didn't have to do much research to complete my poster. The easiest part was picking out the pictures, and the hardest part was deciding what content was going to go on my poster. I created my poster in the Winter term. I added different pictures and more content to the solution box. I still have some tweaking to do. I need to find a good way to put my actual end product into the poster, probably into the solutions box.

I had planned to do more of a movie for my PSA then just words, so if i were to do it again I would have used my first idea. The hardest part of the video was what ideas and facts to use, the easiest part was recording it. Even though a movie probably would've been more interesting, I think that words can be more effective sometimes.

PSA Intent
1.) Key points I will emphasize are the problem, product, and how it's a solution.
2.) School appropriate audios and visuals should be used
3.) I will use an informative PSA
4.) Start with special needs kids playing, and then other kids come bully them, show the product, and then have a special education program teacher talk about they're experience with my product and its usefulness.
PSA Comments:
Empty Seat PSA- This PSA is about suicide awareness, and I like it because it wasn't a typical video, they used a creative idea. An idea that high school or school aged children can relate to. It wasn't confusing or boring, and its a relevant topic in today's world, unfortunately.

It Can Wait PSA- This PSA was confusing, but an intense way to say don't text and drive which makes it have more of an impact on us. Making a story out of a PSA is a great way to get the message across.

Capstone Project Statement of Intent
a.) My goal is to help special needs kids have more opportunities to express themselves and more privileges, also fund raise for charities that are trying to help kids with disabilities.
b.) It's important because these kids already go through so much that they deserve to be noticed, and given opportunities they've never been given before.
c.) At some point in my career I want to help a charity or organization that works with special needs kids.
d.) The kids of today are our future and I think they all need to be recognized, no matter the disability.
